Easy Returns for Most Products
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
In original packaging
Unused and in resellable condition
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Emergency food and water supplies
First-aid items or opened medical gear
Downloadable content or digital survival guides
Clearance or final sale items (as marked)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error
